My first class on the new provider. This was good and equal to the other CPE firms I've used. The price is good.
This hands-on workshop helped me understand the 1040 and also broadened my knowledge on the process of completing a 1040 return. Being a college student still I haven't learned most of his information, so it was the first time I have heard it. With that I though Patrick Gaverick did a great job teaching the material.

The course represents "academic" information and is presented in "academic" style. If you are a practicing CPA or EA, there is very little practical information you'll learn here. Most of the information presented here is useless because most of CPA/EA will have no clients to apply this knowledge.

The instructor, Patrick Garverick, is very knowledgeable and presents the points in a concise manner. His website and handouts are very helpful and valuable resources. I appreciate this reference material. I would definitely take other classes from him.
