Managing change in the workplace can be a daunting task.

This type of change presents a variety of challenges that must be addressed and overcome.

Learn what challenges HR experts have identified during this process and their recommendations for how you can overcome your company’s roadblocks to culture change in the workplace.

Change is all around us.

In this online CPE webinar, participants will learn how to lead change in rapidly changing times and the conflict that comes from change efforts. As change agents, leaders must be on the constant lookout for factors in the environment that will affect their organizations and the risks associated with these changes. In order for change initiatives to be successful a thoughtful process of diagnosing the need for change and the selection of an appropriate model to drive change must be considered. In addition, the change agent must anticipate resistance to change and strategies in overcoming conflict and resistance. Information will be presented to help the change agent to develop a strategy that will increase the chances of success in leading change through conflict.
