Have you ever wondered why some people seem to remain calm and composed in the face of adversity, while others react impulsively? In our CPE course, we delve into the fascinating world of human behaviour to understand what triggers reactive tendencies and how they impact our effectiveness as leaders and colleagues.

As emotional, and cognitive beings, humans connect and interact with their environment. When we experience situations or encounter stimuli, we have an emotional and/or cognitive response. While it is perfectly normal to have reactive tendencies, reactive behavior directly undermines how others experience us as colleagues and as leaders. Reactivity can instantly erase all the other great things leaders can do.
