Behnam enjoyed expanding into psychology as an addition to his already strong background in philosophy and ontology. He particularly enjoyed and was inspired by Positive Psychology and the work of many psychologists who used the Humanistic Psychology approach for empowering and treating their patients. I took this course to increase my knowledge of new attitudes in work. I think that these attitudes in the United States of America will change with a severe recession. I already see indications of a Carterian stagflation occurring. I would like to hear more opinions of how an employer will react with a workforce that is not used to the demands of a severe stagflation. I did experience the last one in the late 1970's. What doesn't kill you, makes you stronger.
