The company I work for has been outsourcing for 10 years now and it gets better with each year. The staff in India are wonderful to work with. The fact that I would defend outsourcing comes as a surprise to me because when the idea was first introduced, I, like my other colleagues, were all about keeping American jobs in the US but the staff in India are all that was was said in the class today and more.
