This was apparently part of a leadership series for women. But I’m male and found the presentation very helpful. The concept of the toddler brain and the high functioning part of the brain was intriguing and the instructor gave great insight into how we can learn to handle our emotions so we can minimize anxiety and handle daily life much more effectively.
