She has over 30 years of experience working in executive leadership and in providing leadership and management training to others. I have experienced bullying at my current employer. Under previous management it was rewarded. Including promotions to keep the peace. The new management does not tolerate this behavior, but it will take a long time for the employees to speak up. They have been trained to just give up. This video encourages me to stand up to this behavior. I am ready!

This was a really helpful training on bullying behavior with practical approaches on how to manage all parties involved and genuinely aim for a resolution.
