This specified webinar approved by the California Board of Accountancy for four-hours in ethics satisfied all the requirements for all licensees. The webinar covers identification, requirements, and approaches to ethics. It covers all of the AICPA Code of Ethics and many interpretations of the Code, particularly in the independence area. However this webinar does not satisfy the 2 hour regulatory review requirement. You must take the California Regulatory review course. The California Accountancy Act and the California Board of Accountancy Rules and regulations are examined.
