The webinar covers identification, requirements, and approaches to ethics. It covers all of the AICPA Code of Ethics and many interpretations of the Code, particularly in the independence area. However this webinar does not satisfy the 2 hour regulatory review requirement. You must take the California Regulatory review course. The California Accountancy Act and the California Board of Accountancy Rules and regulations are examined.

Very dry, most of exam questions written in the negative & difficult to find answers, Ended up having to pull CPE from earlier Ethics class to answer some of questions. That is when I discovered that the reading material is outdated.
