Deloitte Launches Global Agentic Network to Scale AI-Driven Digital Workforce

Deloitte has announced the launch of its Global Agentic Network, a strategic initiative designed to help organizations implement scalable, AI-powered digital workforce solutions across global operations. With FY2023 net revenue of $32.7 billion, the New York-based firm is deepening its commitment to artificial intelligence through expanded technology capabilities and partnerships.

The Global Agentic Network is a connected ecosystem of AI business agents developed to augment and automate client operations. These agents are capable of independently performing human tasks, orchestrating workflows, and making intelligent decisions through ongoing interaction with people and other agents. Powered by large language models and adaptive learning, they enable organizations to move beyond automation toward true operational autonomy.

Deloitte’s rollout builds on its global delivery centers in major markets across Asia Pacific, EMEA, and North America. The firm is also making additional investments—such as the Global Simulation Center of Excellence—to support consistent implementation of AI-enhanced strategies across multiple geographies.

Heather Stockton, Deloitte’s global consulting services leader for technology and transformation, emphasized the rapid pace of AI development and the firm’s unique positioning to deliver advanced agentic solutions. She noted that the network spans all major business lines—including Audit & Assurance, Tax & Legal, Strategy, Risk & Transactions, and Technology & Transformation—allowing clients across sectors to integrate AI agents confidently and effectively.

Nitin Mittal, Deloitte Global AI leader, framed the initiative as a key milestone in the firm’s journey to become an AI-fueled organization by 2030. He described the Global Agentic Network as foundational to transforming Deloitte’s internal capabilities while enabling it to deliver high-impact solutions to clients with greater speed and precision.

The initiative marks a significant step in Deloitte’s long-term strategy to lead in AI adoption by embedding intelligent agentic systems into the core of business operations and client service models.
