Weaver Expands to India with Four New Offices

Weaver, a Houston-based CPA and advisory firm, has announced its expansion into India by opening four offices across the country under its subsidiary, Weaver and Tidwell India LLP. Offices in Kochi, Coimbatore, and Bengaluru commenced operations in January 2025, with a fourth office in Chennai scheduled to open in March 2025. Suryanarayana TS, a director instrumental in establishing Weaver's presence in India, will lead the firm's India operations.

CEO and Managing Partner John Mackel emphasized the significance of this expansion, stating that over the past several years, the firm's India team members have been integral to delivering quality service to clients. He expressed pleasure in expanding the firm's commitment to its talented professionals in India by providing dedicated offices to facilitate collaboration, learning, and growth, as well as integrating them into Weaver's culture, which he identified as the foundation of the firm's success.

Chief Operating Officer David Rook highlighted the firm's dedication to creating meaningful career opportunities for all team members, both in the U.S. and abroad. He noted that during his trips to India, he observed firsthand the energy and commitment that team members bring to Weaver and its clients. He expressed that the firm could not be more pleased to have new Weaver employees and best-in-class offices in India.

This strategic move underscores Weaver's commitment to enhancing its global footprint and providing comprehensive services to clients worldwide.
