Listen, we all know we're nerds or at the very least slightly weird because we find taxes intellectually interesting and generally enjoyable but this might have been the first time that I listened to a webinar that I felt like the presenter was a real person. The guy was funny but also highly educational. I feel like I could listen to to this guy talk again or go to barbeque with him which is a little rare with some of the presenters. I actually laughed quite a few times and not because the guy was telling us terrible accounting jokes but because it was a real person talking about his experiences with clients and the IRS.

Many attendees had problems with the Poll questions not appearing. It appeared there was no moderator. The speeches given at beginning, during poll questions and at the end were a recording. These programs need to be monitored by a LIVE moderator to assist people having problems.

The statistics for audits and the need for representation is increasing now. There are more letters for failure to report income, particular on the cryptocurrency side, therefore a greater need to know and understand the processes.

I've taken other courses on the same topic that lacked the clarity and organization of this one. Very good insight by someone who is obviously a specialist SME with a breadth of experience. A "how to checklist"

Excellent course! Mr. Ayar is confident, clearly well-versed in the subject matter, and has hands-on experience with tax audits. I highly recommend this course to those in public accounting and tax practices.
