Click HereMany organizations have gone through extensive efforts to comply with Sarbanes-Oxley and other internal control regulations to ensure accuracy in their financial statements. But financial statement controls cover only a small area of risk and often ignore the far greater risks resulting from weak operational and other financial controls. This free CPE webinar not only addresses the theoretical concept of the internal control systems but also provides readers with the practical guidance they need to assume a role in the design, implementation, maintenance and evaluation of a comprehensive framework of internal controls for their organizations
Odds are, fraud is happening at your company. If not now, it’s really only a question of when. Today’s online CPE webinar focuses on the staggering statistics of occupational fraud as well as some cost-effective solutions that small- and intermediate-sized companies can consider to safeguard your assets and protect your operations. If time permits, we will also look into a fraud case study and discuss red flags in the behavior of a fraudster.
This online CPE webinar covers following major topics:

Lucas is an excellent instructor. Mr Lucas was highly effective in providing clear explanations of rather intimidating techniques and even made fraud analytics seem doable. As a Certified Fraud Examiner, who has worked both with and without data analytics, I have seen how data analytics exponentially increases the potential for detecting fraud. However, I have only been exposed to fraud data analytics in a major multinational where data mining was a specialized function performed by data mining specialists. he appears to have expertise which potentially eliminates the need to have a strong IT background to perform fraud analytics. I look forward to learning and trying the fraud analytic techniques that Mr Lucas presented soon. Thanks for a great webinar

Excellent class about fraud. I've had more than my share of fraud cases. No one likes to deal with a fraud case. But in our profession it is almost a given. We need to be prepared for them. I wish I took this class fifteen years ago.
