I would have liked to have known that I was paying for and watching a recording that was taped over a year ago. It was also very difficult to follow along with the materials. Although everything seemed to be in the materials, it was not presented in order. I would have liked the materials to show more actual screenshots from QBO.

The program was supposed to be 210 minutes long, it ended very abruptly just under 180 minutes. The last section was repeated so the final 15 minutes were duplicated and therefore some of the topics that said they would be covered were not.
