PAYROLL COMPLIANCE PRACTITIONER (PCP) CPE REQUIREMENT OVERVIEW

CPE Requirements
14 hours of CPE are required annually
License Renewal Period
Renew your license by December 31st each year
CPE Reporting Cycle
The reporting period is from January 1st to December 31st each year.
Ethics Requirement
No ethics requirement
Carry Over Credits
PCPs can carry forward credits to the next reporting cycle.

PCP Certification holders will be required to attain and declare 14 hours of CPE annually.

There is no ethics requirement for a Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP).

Renewal of Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) is on or before December 31st every year.

The reporting period is from January 1st to December 31st each year.
