In this nano-learning content, we will focus on the important topic of IRS alerts regarding Employee Retention Credit (ERC) companies. While we won't delve into the details of the credit itself, we will explore the key issues and red flags that practitioners need to be aware of. It is designed to equip tax professionals with the knowledge and strategies to protect their clients from misleading claims and potential scams.
Discover the warning signs to watch out for when it comes to aggressive ERC marketing tactics. We will explore common tactics used by promoters, including unsolicited calls, promises of an easy application process, and large upfront fees. By understanding these red flags, you can help your clients make informed decisions and avoid falling victim to fraudulent schemes.
By the end of this nano-learning course by Jason Dinesen and Nicholas Preusch, you will have the tools and knowledge to protect yourself and your clients from ERC scams and ensure compliance with IRS regulations. Join us to enhance your understanding of IRS alerts on ERC companies and strengthen your ability to guide your clients through this challenging landscape.
At this time, Nano-learning is not accepted by all state boards. If you are not sure whether your state board accepts Nano-learning, you can ask your state board or visit the NASBA registry.
