I had some trouble with GoToWebinar and had to update the software then shut down my computer and log back in, which is why I missed the first 10 minutes of the presentation.

Overall experience was disappointing and unpleasant. I'll be seeking out a different 4 CPE AZ Ethics course next time.

The information presented was appropriate for the course. However, it could be improved if the PDF were searchable so that I could double check my answers more efficiently. At times, there were multiple choice questions that required my review of the exact language.
