The presenter didn't seem very confident in his presentation even though he had the knowledge, I did enjoy hearing from a satisfied client of theirs though and thought it was quite helpful to hear how their experience has been.

This webinar did not seem very well-structured, and the presenters did not seem well-prepared. In addition, the webcast froze for several minutes with no acknowledgement from the presenters and the myCPE moderator did not seem particularly responsive to attendee questions. Overall, this could have been better.

90% of this program was an advertisement for the presenter's company

I simply did not like the three polling questions being saved for the last 3 minutes. Several participants were worried we would not get credit. Also, the point of the questions is to survey the audience, discuss the results, and learn.
