Certified Public Accountant (CPA)

Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)

The certification sets the standard for information security that validates your technical knowledge of IT auditing through a portfolio of activities. You must pass the exam and have a minimum of five years of working experience in IT auditing or controls before you are eligible for certification.

Certified Internal Auditor (CIA)

The CIA is an individual who has acquired knowledge and skills in auditing, business analysis, management assessment. They use the COSO internal control framework to assess if an organization’s internal control system is adequate and improve it. You must pass all three exams and meet the requirements before you’re eligible for certification.

Certified Management Accountant (CMA)

The Certified Management Accountant is an individual who has acquired the knowledge, skills, and attitudes to contribute effectively at senior levels of management. As well as having a Bachelor’s degree and two years of work experience, you must pass a 2 part exam before being eligible for certification.

Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA)

This is for investment professionals that have acquired the knowledge and skills in investment management analysis, including investment planning process, investment performance measurement, asset allocation, manager research and selection, manager performance evaluation. You need to have three years of working experience in financial services and pass an exam before qualifying for certification.

Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE)

The Certified Fraud Examiner is an individual who has acquired the knowledge, skills, and attitudes to prevent, deter, detect and investigate fraud to protect assets by reducing opportunities for fraud or detecting fraudulent activities. You must pass a comprehensive exam and have a minimum of two years of working experience in detecting fraud before being eligible for certification.
