Group Discussion (GD)
Broadly your communication and participation skills would be evaluated. You would be given a topic impromptu and you would be first given a chance to speak by raising your hand virtually. (Thereafter you will be required to speak chronologically). Topic given at the time of GD session. If you are not selected you will not go to the next round. If you are selected you will be communicated from our side.

HR & Manager Round of Interview
Interview with the HR team and then subsequently with the relevant managers to evaluate your personality and broad understanding of the field. This is a regular part of the hiring process and will help us understand you better.

Enrollment To Training Program
You will then be enrolled for the training program, typically for 9-10 weeks. You will be provided conceptual and practical case-study based training by subject matter experts on US accounting/tax/audit domains according to your experience. Once you complete the training, you will be required to give our post-training assessment test.
Before the training program, you shall be required to provide a security cheque of Rs 40,000, This is not a charge for the training and we are not going to encash the cheque. We just demand this security cheque, so that only serious candidates come in.
Post-Training Assessment Test
This test will evaluate your understanding of the subjects covered during the training program. Once you pass this test (more than 60% marks), you will be hired immediately by Entigrity. Typically, the passing rate on this exam is more than 90% for those who go through the training.
Hiring the Candidate
After you have gone through our rigorous selection process, we will provide
you with an offer letter for the relevant domain and position. You can start
working with us immediately, or we can allow a 30-day notice period for candidates who are still working in their current jobs.
