Frequently Asked Questions
Most staffing agencies send you a resume and wish you luck. Pre-vetted means the candidate has already cleared seven stages before you ever see their profile. That includes resume screening, manual profile review, language and communication assessment, an aptitude test, an HR interview, a technical assessment, a background check, and a final manager interview. Only 1 in 20 applicants makes it through. By the time a candidate reaches you, the hard filtering is done.
The opposite. The 5% figure reflects the pass-through rate at each stage, starting from a large applicant pool. It's not that we're running thin on talent. It's that the bar is deliberately high. The goal is to send you candidates who are genuinely ready, not candidates who look ready on paper.
The vetting framework is designed for accounting and finance roles - tax preparers, bookkeepers, audit support staff, accountants, and related back-office functions. Both client-facing and non-client-facing roles can be filled, with different timezone and communication benchmarks applied accordingly.
During resume screening, candidates are categorized from Level 0 to Level 8 based on experience and demonstrated capability. This tiering allows us to match the right seniority to your firm's actual needs; whether you need entry-level support staff or a senior accountant who can work independently from day one.
Background verification happens at Stage 6, meaning only candidates who have already cleared five prior stages go through it. Every candidate who clears that stage receives financial screening, criminal checks, and reference verification — no exceptions.
