Carryover credits
Fundamental Payroll Certification cannot carry excess RCH credits over from the previous reporting cycle.

Reporting

The triennial renewal deadline is December 31. A $25 late fee applies if renewed between February 15 and June 1, and a $60 fee applies after June 1, both plus the $100 recertification fee. View more

The FPC should keep accurate records of programs attended and necessary documentation for recertification. Retain these records as long as needed for compliance and audits.
