Overview

FPC professionals have the following RCH requirements:

  • 60 RCHs during the 3-year recertification period.
  • No minimum ethics requirement.
  • 100% of RCH hours can be completed through self-study courses.
  • Reporting Cycle: January 1 of the year following recertification and ends on December 31 of the fifth year following recertification.
  • PAYO doesn’t allow CPPs to carry over excess RCHs from the previous cycle.

Ethics Requirements :

  • There is no minimum Ethics requirement for FPC designation holders.

Carry Over Credits :

  • PayrollOrg (PAYO) does not allow Fundamental Payroll Certification to carry excess RCH credits over from the previous reporting cycle.
