The real estate terminology was a walk in the past. I worked from my Junior year of High School to my Sophomore year in college at the Cuyahoga County Recorders Office in the Torrens Department. We dealt with many tours de mot on a daily basis. I do not perform real estate valuations now but the USPAP references were very applicable to business valuations. Thank you.
