While the issue of workplace bullying has become prominent in recent years, it often festers and is not dealt with because the person bullying may be a manager or a high-performing, productive employee. 

The impact of bullying on an organization’s workforce can result in physical and psychological harm to employees. Workplace bullying is a problem that can have far-reaching effects on a workplace if not dealt with. In this online course, we will learn about what constitutes workplace bullying including actions that might not normally be viewed as bullying. Managers and leaders will learn how to define what bullying is in the context of the work of their organization. 

By attending, you will gain the ability to identify the characteristics of workplace bullies, understand their psychological makeup, and recognize likely targets of bullying in your organization. This presentation provides very useful information about the topic. It is a very complex and difficult subject to deal with in the workplace. You are dealing with individuals who see no wrong with their actions. It would possibly take years of psychological counseling to rewire the bully's brain to get behavior changes.
