The past several years have caused many to examine their behaviors and attitudes regarding many social issues. While many employers have anti-harassment policies in place and comply with training requirements, there has still not been a societal shift that has rendered all workplaces free from behaviors and speech that exemplify harassment. In addition, many employers do not have appropriate policies and procedures in place that adequately address the behavior as it arises. This CPE webinar is designed to help a better understanding of behaviors and speech that exemplify harassment and will help align behaviors with organizational values to promote a safe and respectful work environment for all.

The beginning of the on-demand recording seems to have started in the middle of the presenters introduction. It made for a rough start to get accustomed to the presenter's pace. Afterwards, I really felt this course was beneficial. . Please review and consider another recording or editing. It's hard to start a course with so much info feeling like you're already behind.
