I liked that the speaker focused on people addicted to drama. Many people don't know or understand this concept but it is real. People who are addicted to drama don't even know that they are, mostly because drama and chaos has always been a part of their lives so it seems normal to them. The speaker gave great tips on how to work with these people and change the tone.
