The last couple of years has seen some major legislative updates that affected retirement plans. The legislation has come at a fast pace, great number, and of a complex nature that could cause confusion and misunderstanding

In this online course, you will be provided with an overview of the basic legislation covering retirement plans including the Internal Revenue Code (IRC) and Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) and the agencies that enforce those provisions – the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and the Department of Labor (DOL).
