Course Description

Terminating employees can be a difficult process for any employer for a lot of reasons, even if it’s necessary for the best interests of your business. However, if an employer violates any laws, they could be brought to court for wrongful termination. While an employer can never fully eliminate the possibility of legal action by a terminated employee, they can take steps to minimize their potential liability.

Policies must be prepared in a way that protects entrepreneurs and business owners by putting the right contracts and agreements in place. To protect themselves from employment-related suits, employers need to understand some basic concepts.

To help you navigate the complexities of employee termination, we will be hosting a webinar that will address all you need to know about the discipline and termination of employees.
