It is what it advertised to be. Professional quality training and CPE tracking and certificates; systems knows AZ CPA CPE requirements and categories. I've needed help on several occasions and the assistance was quick and effective; however, there were some problems with data entry. The assistance sometimes asks for input, but when I try to type it is dissallowed for some reason. On several occasions I had to close the popup to get it out of my way.

I was one of the people who answered N/A to everything, as I am an employee, and do not have business credit cards myself. But I have seen statements that clients have provided, and this helped to interpret those....to the extent that they are interpretable without a microscope! I'd have a better way to answer client's questions, and provide suggestions if they balk at their statements. I will point the seminar out to the owners of my firm. This was useful.

The instructor and material/information were extremely helpful; as previously, I was an Internal Auditor in the Hotel Industry. One of the areas I wanted to review/evaluate was the propriety and accuracy of Merchant credit card processing transactions/fees through the Gateway system in use. Thanks for the insight.
