PDC Requirements	There are two choices for recertification: Earn 60 PDCs within your 3-year recertification cycle. Retake the certification exam within the last year of your recertification cycle.
License Renewal Period	It begins the day after your recertification file is submitted and approved and concludes three years later on the same date.

SHRM PDC Requirement	As a holder of SHRM credentials, you have two choices for recertification: Earn 60 professional development credits (PDCs) within your 3-year recertification cycle. Retake the certification exam within the last year of your recertification cycle.

PDC Deadline	PDC credits must be earned by the end of your recertification cycle, which begins the day after your recertification file is submitted and approved and concludes three years later on the same date.

Failure to renew by this date leads to a 60-day grace period for completing PDC requirements.
