Failure to complete recertification requirements by the end of the 60-day grace period will result in the revocation of your credential.
The initial recertification cycle begins the day you pass the exam and ends 3 years later, on the last day of your birth month. For example,
If you have earned 60 or more PDCs, you may submit your completed recertification record one year into your 3-year recertification cycle. If you recertify early, your end date will not change.

To become certified again, you will be required to begin the process as a new candidate.
