MY-CPE LLC is approved by SHRM to offer Professional Development Credits (PDC) courses for SHRM-CP and SHRM-SCP Professionals. MY-CPE LLC has effectively met the standards set up by the SHRM. We are focused on providing quality continuing education to SHRM professionals that incorporates the most recent Employment Law and Regulations update and also provides various webinars related to Best Practices in the industry, Management, Team Building and Leadership etc. Our courses for SHRM professionals are authored/reviewed by industry specialists and subject matter experts. All our courses are designed in a way to ensure that courses meet the criteria set forward by SHRM for fulfilling continued education requirements for its certified professionals.
Carry Forward of Credits: Individuals who earn more than 60 PDCs in their cycle, may carry over up to 20 PDCs toward their new cycle.

There is no mandatory Ethics requirement required by SHRM in order to complete the mandatory recertification requirements for SHRM Professionals.
All SHRM certified professionals must use a SHRM approved PDC provider for earning PDC credits.

SHRM has addressed the needs of HR professionals by creating three categories from which SHRM-CP and SHRM-SCP credential-holders may earn recertification credits with the following credit restrictions per recertification period:
Advance Your Education- No Maximum Limit
Advance Your Organization - Maximum 20 PDCs
Advance Your Professional- Maximum 30 PDCs
