In presenting a program packed with useful, technical information, the speaker spoke in a fluent manner. The information was presented at a reasonable pace. I had no questions on the information presented. The displays were easy to read, very informative and answered any questions, which came to mind . The speaker was skilled in utilizing the displays in presenting the information of the webinar.

Mr.J.Patrick given great presentation on S-Corp & form 1120 . I had attended his previous courses on myCPE and they are all great. I will use his great experiences to increase my own accounting experiences. I will do small business clients that are S Corps, partnerships, C Corps, or LLCs. I will take more courses from him.

The quality of the webinar was really great J Patrick has provided alot of clarity on 1120S where he introduced to the latest updates of the changes in taxes. The session had a great long enough time to understand everything step by step to know the differences of tax treatments.

What you don't know in taxes will be painful later and can be alleviated with the advice provided by this webinar. Tell your clients not to go it alone, but get advice from someone who has looked at the future.

With taxpayers having to find ways to earn an income during COVID, assisting with the best entity for them and their business is imperative. The material that was presented will be greatly helpful in presenting taxpayers the choices and tax pros and cons and hopefully they will understand it better instead of listening to a third party such as their neighbor, hairdresser or family member. This way, they'll have the information and make an educated and business oriented decision and know the requirements for it. Great presentation

Excellent presentation by Patrick. Although new to the subject matter, I feel confident enough, after some studies of the related tax regulations, to seek out doing tax prep and planning partenership customers relating to section 704. Understanding the each concepts felt natural for me in being able interpret what he intended to teach. Nothing about his delivery was confusing to me at all, He was clear and concise, and I look forward to learning and gaining more in-depth knowledge more from Patrick on this subject matter.

This class gave me the tools to start an entry-level job preparing a 1065 and take the next step after compiling financials in QuickBooks. I'm currently enrolled in a MST program and have wanted to see how to take client information (trial balance) and prepare a partnership tax return in a systematic way from scratch. This class also showed me how to prepare a professional supporting workpaper in Excel.
