Terminating any employee is a difficult challenge and doing it wrong can result in discrimination charges, wage and hour complaints, and wrongful discharge lawsuits.

Planning and conducting termination discussions will go a long way to protect your organization from being victimized by a complaint from a terminated employee. That’s not all.
