The many forms of dispute resolution will be covered, and the advantages and disadvantages of litigation, arbitration, and mediation will be contrasted.  We'll also cover what a "legal hold" is and why it's necessary to put one in place.  Finally, we will go over the most prevalent allegations made in contract-related lawsuits as well as the most common arguments made in opposition to such allegations.
