What stipend will interns receive?

Interns will receive a stipend of ₹15,000 per month throughout the internship period.

Is there an opportunity for full-time employment after the internship?

Yes. Based on performance during the internship, candidates may be offered a full-time role with a fixed CTC of ₹4 LPA (Lakhs Per Annum).

What happens after I convert to a full-time role?

Once converted, you will transition into a permanent position with defined roles, responsibilities, and growth opportunities within the organization.

Is there any service agreement after conversion?

Yes. Candidates who accept the full-time offer are expected to stay with the company for a minimum period of 3 months after joining as a full-time employee.

What if I leave before completing 3 months after conversion?

If a candidate leaves the organization within 3 months of full-time employment, they will be required to refund ₹45,000. This amount corresponds to the stipend paid during the internship period.

Why is there a refund clause?

The internship includes structured training, mentorship, and investment in your development. The clause ensures commitment and helps maintain fairness for both the candidate and the organization.

Will I receive a certificate after the internship?

Yes, all interns who successfully complete the internship will receive a certificate of completion.

How will my performance be evaluated?

Performance will be assessed based on project delivery, learning ability, teamwork, communication, and overall contribution during the internship.
