Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Video Editor and Creator to join the MYCPEONE Digital Marketing Services team. In this role, you will be responsible for editing long-form videos, creating engaging short-form videos, and adding captions and motion graphics to ensure the content is visually captivating and professional. You will use leading tools and AI-powered solutions to produce high-quality video content for clients, optimized for platforms such as LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter), Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok. Knowledge of graphic design and 2D graphics is a bonus.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Video Editing:

• Edit long-form video content to deliver high-quality outputs tailored to the client’s needs.
• Create short-form videos from long-form content, focusing on audience engagement and platform compatibility.

Motion Graphics and Captions:

• Add professional-grade motion graphics, captions, and effects to videos, enhancing viewer engagement and accessibility.

AI and Advanced Tools:

• Utilize leading video editing software and AI tools to streamline workflows and maximize output quality.

Social Media Optimization:

• Produce platform-specific videos compatible with LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok, considering each platform’s format and audience preferences.

Collaboration and Client Interaction:

• Work closely with clients and the MYCPEONE team to understand project goals and deliver content that aligns with their branding and messaging.

Additional Skills (Bonus):

• Create simple 2D graphics and design elements to complement video content.
• Support the graphic design team with additional visual assets as needed.

Quality Assurance:

• Ensure all videos meet high-quality standards in terms of resolution, audio clarity, and creative execution.

 

Requirements:

Experience:

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in video editing and creation.
• Proven experience creating content for various social media platforms.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in leading video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
• Experience with motion graphics tools such as After Effects.
• Familiarity with AI tools for video creation and editing is a strong advantage.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design and 2D graphics creation is a bonus.

Knowledge:

• In-depth understanding of video formats, resolutions, and aspect ratios for social media platforms.
• Awareness of current trends in video content, especially for LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

Soft Skills:

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and storytelling.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining consistent quality.

 

Preferred:

• Experience working in a digital marketing team or client-facing environment.

Familiarity with branding and delivering client-centric video content.
