This CPE course will give participants a seven-step conflict resolution process which can be used and modified to resolve conflict disputes of any size. Participants of this continuing education course will also be provided a set of skills in solution building and finding common ground.
In the Conflict Management & Negotiation Skills CPE course, participants will learn crucial conflict management skills, including dealing with anger and using the Agreement Frame. Dealing with conflict is important for every organization no matter what the size. If left unchecked or unresolved, conflict can lead to lost production, absences, attrition, and even lawsuits.

The instructor did not understand the material well. For example, he indicated that the ZOPA was the area between BATNA and WATNA. I think he thought BATNA was the best possible outcome. It is the best alternative, so you want to negotiate something better than that, otherwise it is better to take the alternative. He was also very unstructured in his dialogue and did not cover much actual material.
