With an unlimited access free trial, users get access to all content on the website. However, they can only download the certificate once your account has been converted to paid membership.

They will be automatically charged and converted to a paid membership plan at the end of the trial period and will be renewed monthly/yearly. You can cancel membership anytime from your dashboard during free period so as to not be charged upon completion of the 7th day of free trial.

Signing up for myCPE for Firms is absolutely free. We also have a 7-days free trial option for the firm manager to explore our valuable content. We have monthly as well yearly plan. You can choose whichever suits you most.

Monthly plan is $25 per staff and Yearly plan is $199.00 per staff. You need to purchase a minimum of 6 seats to avail myCPE-firm unlimited plan.

We collect payment in advance for a minimum 6 users for the first month on a pro-rata basis. For the subsequent period, we collect payment in advance for the month.

For monthly plan - The Subscription will start on the date of registration and it will remain active for the current month from the date of purchase. i.e., if you register for users on Jan 01, 2023 their subscription period will be Jan 01, 2023 – Feb 1, 2023, however for example - if you add any additional user on Jan 10, 2023 their subscription period will be valid till Jan 10,2023 - Feb 1, 2023 (which will charge on pro-rata basis) and yes, upon renewal of all users, their subscription will be Feb 1, 2023 to Mar 1, 2023.

For yearly plan - The Subscription will start on the date of registration and it will remain active for 1 year from the date of purchase. i.e., if you register for users on Jan 01, 2021 their subscription period will be Jan 01, 2023 – Dec, 31, 2023. If you add a new user a month later their subscription period will be Feb 01, 2023 – Jan, 31, 2024.

You can stop auto renewal for your firm as well as your staff from your dashboard itself. Once the auto renewal is stopped. Firm users or staff will not be able to access the content on the platform. However, they continue to download the certificate earned on the platform and the information stays on the platform.

The first step is to create a Manager Account using the Sign-up link. Once the account is created with all the necessary information i.e., Name, Email Address, Contact Details, Designation and other mandatory information, you can subscribe for Unlimited Access wherein you can select a plan basis of period that you’d like to register.

Once the Manager Account is created and payment is processed, users can create their individual accounts using the below Free Sign-up link: https://my-cpe.com/sign-up

It will create an individual account for each user and then the Account Manager can send invitations through their Manager account to join the Firm Subscription.

Once the request is accepted, the subscription will be activated into their individual account and they can start taking the courses without paying any registration fee. Also, the Account Manager will be able to add / remove users and track their progress through Manager Access.

You can add the user without making any payment. On the first day of the month, we collect the payment on a pro-rata basis from the date on which the user was added to the end of the month and we collect payment in advance for the next month.

There is no capping on it so you can register as many users as you can. However, registering more users will offer you more discounts.

Seats are not replaceable, you need to add the user separately in the firm.

First step is to sign-up individually using the Free Sign-up link. Once the in account is created, then the Account Manager can send invitation to join in Firm Subscription through their User Dashboard.

Account Manager will have the access to deactivate the user through their User Dashboard.

The subscription is non-transferable so you’d have to purchase a different subscription for the new user.

Three User types under myCPE Unlimited Plans for firms – Administrators, Supervisors and staff member, rights are mentioned hereunder -

Administrator (Admin) :

We collect payment for the month and provide access to the account for the month, no amount will be refunded even if the seat is removed from the firm account.

No. Firms will not be eligible for a refund if they cancel their subscription or delete a user before their subscription period expires. Once the subscription is purchased, the amount is not refundable.

Users have an option to stop/cancel the auto-renewal of the subscription, and they were made aware of this option. They can either email support@my-cpe.com, or they can log in to their account and cancel the subscription from the subscription tab. We have specifically mentioned the cancellation of subscription or stopping auto-renewal of subscription in -

Unless set forth otherwise as part of the MyCPE Unlimited Access Subscription related to other terms and conditions, this will come into force upon the subscription Commencement Date for an initial period of one (1) month/year (the “Initial Term”). Following the Initial Term, this subscription shall auto-renew by consecutive one (1) month/year periods (each period called a “Renewal Term”), and thereafter every month/year, unless the user cancels the subscription prior to the expiration of the current term. The Initial Term, together with any Renewal Term, is referred to as the “Term.”

We may change our subscription plans and the price of our service from time to time; however, any price revision to the subscription pricing shall be made by sending the price revision email to the users. In case you don’t agree to price revision, you may cancel your subscription by logging in to www.my-cpe.com > User Dashboard > Unlimited Access > Cancel Subscription or by sending us an email at support@my-cpe.com. In case we don’t receive any reply from the user within 7 days, The new rates will be applicable from the next renewal cycle.

In case you have subscribed during offers or discounts, you may have signed up at a lower initial subscription price. However, the subscription price after 1 month/year during any automatic renewal term will be the “Undiscounted Original Price” of the respective subscription that the user has signed up for or subsequent price increase that has been notified from time to time. We shall send you an auto-renewal reminder email with pricing, In case you don’t agree to price revision, you may cancel your subscription by logging in to www.my-cpe.com > User Dashboard > Unlimited Access > Cancel Subscription or by sending us an email at support@my-cpe.com. In case we don’t receive any reply from the user within 7 days, The new rates will be applicable from the next renewal cycle.

If you have upgraded your subscription, auto-renewal will be done at the upgraded price and will be effectively done after one month/year of the original purchase of a subscription. Users will be able to cancel their subscription by logging in to www.my-cpe.com > User Dashboards > Subscriptions > Cancel Subscription - for the upcoming term by canceling the auto-renewal option.

Account Manager will have access to cancel Auto-Renewal through their Dashboard.
