This was one of the best traditional ethics courses I've taken (VA now has a variety of ethics possibilities). Ethics is paramount to a CPA, but after a few years of courses (or 20 or 30) the cases, relevant section numbers and dollar penalties become repetitive. Spalding did a good job pf presenting the material in way that was interesting and completely explained the ethical conflicts. I'll look for him as a presenter again.

As a regulator, I found this presentation to be way better than a cut-and-dry hard-core Ethics course. While it doesn't take the place of learning the AICPA Code, it certainly enhances what I can only imagine CPAs see on a daily basis. Definitely should be added to everyone's must-take CPE. Final Qs were tough, though, and required some significant reliance on knowledge. This is not a basic beginner's course by any means.

This was one of the best CPE webinars I have ever heard, which is amazing considering it was for 4 hours and covered ethics. The speaker did an amazing job covering the topics but in a conversational way, so it was truly interesting. The real life examples also enhanced the topic.

This was an awesome webinar i really enjoyed the instructor, and how he made it easy for me to understand. I really like the reference to football goal posts it really put it into perspective for me. Also it was an awesome power point i guess you could say it was really on point.

Never participated in webinars on the subject of ethics. I thought it would be boring mainly focused on reading and interpreting code of conduct and other guidance on this topic. In reality it was so interesting, that I stopped multitasking and engaged in listening 100%!
