Good presentation, consistent with my current experiences of collections and payment processes. Only feedback I have on the self study is the review questions - there was at least one question where the choices contained errors (ie, one of the multiple choice answers was incomplete and I had to make an assumption of what was meant by the choice.) Otherwise, good presentation.
