Course Description

Courage is an age-old – forever green concept often associated with individuals like Rosa Parks, Anne Frank, Nelson Mandela, etc. It is the practice of leadership that is transparent, vulnerable, and honest with those we lead. It also focuses to check egos at the door through acts of mutuality and community to learn, lead, and grow with each other.

Becoming a leader in any field is challenging. It requires certain efforts after acquiring knowledge. It is about taking the proactive decision to redefine & re-share the profession and lead those who choose to follow us. At the same time, it is about understanding that it can be vulnerable and embracing its characters. Being courageously authentic shapes how we lead in a collaborative fashion that values each other and the culture we develop as a result. These characteristics and parts of courageous authenticity are explored in detail in the course.

The speaker, Joshua Lance, focuses on providing accounting and consulting services with a strong belief in the same principles. However, he also shares the risk and resistance that one has to go through to make things happen.

This online CPE course on Personal development covers the following Key Topics:

  • What is courageous authenticity?
  • What are the factors that constitute courageous authenticity?
  • How does courageous authenticity start?
  • Leading with courageous authenticity
  • What actually do you risk?
  • What stops us from courageous authenticity?
  • What happens next?
