Course Description

GAAP has become increasingly more complex, and while the presentation is valid in many circumstances, many organizations have difficulty seeing the cost-benefit. Many organizations have elected to use Special Purpose Frameworks (formerly OCBOA). 

A special-purpose framework is a non-GAAP financial reporting framework that employs either a cash, tax, regulatory, contractual, or other basis of accounting.

Her expertise includes Single audits and nonprofit engagements as well as attest services for privately held enterprises including franchises. 

June is a peer reviewer under the AICPA’s practice-monitoring standards, and also serves as a member of the NJCPA Peer Review Executive Committee. She often speaks at outside organizations and conducts training seminars for the NJCPA.  June is often called upon to consult with firms to improve and enhance their compliance with professional standards. 

June earned her Bachelor of Science Degree from Rutgers – The State University of New Jersey, graduating Summa Cum Laude.  She is a member of the AICPA and the NJCPA, at which she holds various leadership positions.
