It is what it advertised to be. Professional quality training and CPE tracking and certificates; systems knows AZ CPA CPE requirements and categories. I've needed help on several occasions and the assistance was quick and effective; however, there were some problems with data entry. The assistance sometimes asks for input, but when I try to type it is dissallowed for some reason. On several occasions I had to close the popup to get it out of my way.

WHAT IS SOC 2?

SOC is an acronym for Systems and Organizational Controls, which was coined by the Association of International Certified Professional Accountants (AICPA). A SOC report is the result of a thorough audit by an external auditor.

SOC 2 Type 2 examines your organization's internal controls at a specific point in time. It evaluates your organization's SOC 2 compliance posture and determines whether the controls in place meet the requirements of the framework. A SOC 2 report demonstrates that a service organization has secure control over the systems and processes that handle private or sensitive data for its customers. SOC 2 is based on five trust criteria and includes the following modules:

Security: During both processing and storage, information is protected from unauthorized access and damage.
Availability: Systems are monitored, and well-maintained.
Confidentiality: Sensitive information is safeguarded in accordance with applicable laws or contractual agreements.
