You will play a pivotal role in scaling the business, enhancing client engagement, and building a motivated, cross-functional team that delivers measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a growth strategy for the CPE vertical aligned with company goals.
• Content & Curriculum Oversight: Ensure that all learning programs meet industry, compliance, and regulatory standards.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Use analytics to track performance, identify trends, and inform business and product improvements.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a cross-functional team across operations, content, marketing, and client relations.
• AI & Innovation: Integrate generative AI tools into content creation, marketing, and process automation to boost efficiency and creativity.
• Client Engagement: Collaborate with US-based clients and partners to understand their needs and deliver value-driven solutions.
• Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously with a focus on quality, timeliness, and business outcomes.
• Communication: Present business updates, strategy decks, and creative content internally and externally with clarity and impact.
