Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Manager – Digital Marketing to lead and execute our end-to-end digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive 360° digital marketing strategy to enhance brand awareness, generate quality leads, improve customer engagement, and drive business growth across multiple digital channels.

This role requires a strategic, data-driven marketing professional with expertise in performance marketing, SEO, content marketing, social media, marketing automation, analytics, and team management. The Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, Creative, and Leadership to ensure marketing initiatives align with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Marketing

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Prepare annual and quarterly marketing plans, budgets, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Identify growth opportunities through market research, customer insights, and competitor analysis.
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives by adopting innovative marketing technologies and best practices.

Performance Marketing

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital advertising platforms.
  • Maximize campaign performance by improving ROI, ROAS, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
  • Manage media planning, budget allocation, and channel performance optimization.

Brand & Content Marketing

  • Strengthen brand positioning and ensure consistency across all digital channels.
  • Develop and oversee content strategies including blogs, videos, webinars, email campaigns, case studies, and social media content.
  • Create compelling storytelling that enhances customer engagement and brand visibility.

SEO & Organic Growth

  • Lead SEO initiatives to improve organic traffic and search engine rankings.
  • Manage technical SEO, on-page optimization, keyword strategy, content optimization, and backlink development.
  • Monitor search trends and implement strategies to improve online visibility.

Social Media Management

  • Develop and execute social media strategies across relevant platforms.
  • Build brand awareness, manage online reputation, and increase audience engagement.
  • Create and nurture online communities and customer advocacy programs.

Marketing Automation & CRM

  • Implement and optimize marketing automation workflows.
  • Manage lead nurturing campaigns and customer lifecycle marketing.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
  • Utilize CRM platforms to monitor customer journeys and campaign effectiveness.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks to monitor digital marketing performance.
  • Analyze campaign metrics, customer behavior, and marketing ROI to drive data-backed decisions.
  • Present performance reports, insights, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Team Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing digital marketing team.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and technology partners.

Required Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; MBA
  • 10+ years of progressive digital marketing experience, with at least 4–5 years in a leadership
  • Proven success managing multi-channel digital marketing
  • Strong expertise in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, CRM platforms, and marketing automation tools.
  • Experience managing substantial digital marketing budgets and delivering measurable business
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management
