We're looking for a Product Manager who can bridge business and technology, owning complex workflows across these systems while working closely with clients, operations teams, and engineering.

We operate three interconnected platforms that power offshore staffing and business operations:

  • HRMS 24x7 – HRMS/EOR platform for CPA firms and businesses to manage offshore teams, services, jobs, HR operations, and billing.
  • Team Hub – Internal platform for delivery and people operations teams.
  • ERP Core – Central system connecting clients, services, jobs, invoices, HR, finance, IT assets, and employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end workflows across HRMS, Team Hub, and ERP Core.
  • Drive billing, invoicing, service delivery, and operational processes.
  • Build dashboards and reporting for leadership, HR, operations, and business teams.
  • Lead product initiatives for recruitment, onboarding, L&D, and HR analytics.
  • Define practical AI use cases such as search, summarization, automation, and insights.
  • Create clear PRDs, BRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate with clients, finance, HR, operations, and engineering teams.
  • Deliver scalable solutions through iterative releases.

Requirements

  • 5–6 years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS, HRTech, FinTech, ERP, or operational platforms.
  • Strong understanding of relational databases and SQL.
  • Experience building workflow-heavy products where accuracy and compliance matter.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work comfortably with both senior business leaders and engineering teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with HRMS, CRM, ERP, or FinTech products.
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Zoho, NetSuite, Salesforce, or similar systems.
  • Experience building reporting and analytics products.
  • Practical understanding of AI/LLM-powered product capabilities.
