Key Responsibilities:

Market Research & Strategy

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, competitors, and emerging trends within the outsourcing industry in the US.
  • Develop a comprehensive business development strategy and plan aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.

 

Lead Generation & Prospecting
  • Identify and qualify potential leads within the target market using advanced lead generation techniques.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of leads through online research, networking events, referrals, and other channels.

 

Cold Calling & Communication
  • Execute effective cold calling campaigns to introduce our services to potential clients.
  • Develop persuasive sales pitches and presentations tailored to client needs.

 

Mass Mailing Campaigns
  • Design and manage targeted mass mailing campaigns to engage prospects and nurture leads.
  • Create compelling email content and collateral to capture attention and promote services.

 

Negotiation & Sales Closure
  • Work on follow-ups to close deals and secure new business contracts.
  • Develop pricing proposals and contracts that balance client expectations with company profitability.

 

Collaboration & Reporting
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and senior management) to align business development efforts with company objectives.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline progress, and achieved targets.
