As a core Product Designer at MYCPE ONE, you will own the end-to-end design lifecycle, transforming complex ideas into polished, user-centric digital products. We value deep product thinking over simple screen layout creation.

You will be responsible for mapping intuitive user journeys, creating high-fidelity interactive prototypes, and collaborating cross-functionally to build seamless SaaS and consumer experiences. Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Ownership: Take full ownership of the product design lifecycle from conceptualization, user research, and wireframing to high-fidelity UI and developer handoff.
• Experience Design: Map out highly intuitive user journeys, user workflows, and holistic product experiences for complex SaaS ecosystems and consumer-facing applications.
• UI/UX Excellence: Design engaging, modern, and clean user interfaces for both web and mobile applications.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams to ensure design feasibility, alignment with business goals, and pixel-perfect implementation.
• System Thinking: Maintain and scale our design consistency, ensuring frameworks are robust and adaptable for future product growth.

Job Requirements & Qualifications

Must-Have:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
• Experience: 2 to 5 years of proven experience in Product Design or UI/UX Design, with a strong portfolio showcasing shipping features/products.
• Domain Expertise: Prior experience working with SaaS products or within product-based companies.
• Technical Tools: Expert-level proficiency in Figma is non-negotiable.
• Product Thinking: Strong ability to demonstrate holistic product thinking beyond just screens, emphasizing user-centered design frameworks and solving core business problems.
• Core Competencies: Strong creative, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Nice-to-Have (Preferred):

• Alumni Preference: Grads from premier institutes like NID Ahmedabad or equivalent design schools are highly preferred.
• Startup DNA: Experience working as a Founding Designer or within fast-paced startup environments.
• Tech Alignment: Exposure to React / Next.js collaboration workflows (understanding how your designs translate to code).
• Modern Tooling: Familiarity with AI-driven design workflows and modern interactive/motion tools like Stitch, LottieFiles, Paper, etc.
