Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Associate to support our expansion in the US region. MBA Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of US Sales experience are encouraged to apply. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in lead generation, cold calling, and mass emailing, along with the ability to contribute to business growth through effective sales strategies. This role offers a great opportunity to build and nurture client relationships while working towards ambitious revenue targets

Job Title: Business Development Executive (Community & Platform Outreach)
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage with potential prospects on:
- Online communities/forums
- Bidding platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, etc.)
- Initiate natural, non-salesy conversations to build interest and trust
- Convert conversations into:
- Qualified leads
- Scheduled discovery calls
- Use AI tools to:
- Draft and refine outreach messages
- Personalize communication at scale
- Improve response rates
- Utilize automation tools to streamline outreach workflows
- Track and manage leads using CRM or internal tracking systems
- Continuously experiment and optimize messaging strategies
Experience:
- MBA Freshers (with relevant exposure)
- OR 1–2 years of experience in lead generation / online outreach
Required Skills:
- Strong written communication skills
- Ability to engage in conversational selling
- Basic understanding of lead generation and sales funnel
- Familiarity with online communities and user behavior
Technical & Tool Requirements:
- Working knowledge of AI tools, such as:
- ChatGPT
- Claude
- Other AI tools used for content and outreach
- Familiarity with sales and automation tools, such as:
- io (or similar lead generation tools)
- LinkedIn automation tools
- Basic workflow automation tools (Zapier, Make, etc.)
- Ability to use AI + tools to improve productivity and outreach quality
