Role Overview: 

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Associate to support our expansion in the US region. MBA Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of US Sales experience are encouraged to apply. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in lead generation, cold calling, and mass emailing, along with the ability to contribute to business growth through effective sales strategies. This role offers a great opportunity to build and nurture client relationships while working towards ambitious revenue targets

Business Development Executive (Community & Platform Outreach) 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Identify and engage with potential prospects on: 
  • LinkedIn 
  • Reddit 
  • Online communities/forums 
  • Bidding platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, etc.) 
  • Initiate natural, non-salesy conversations to build interest and trust  
  • Convert conversations into: 
  • Qualified leads 
  • Scheduled discovery calls 
  • Use AI tools to:  
  • Draft and refine outreach messages 
  • Personalize communication at scale 
  • Improve response rates 
  • Utilize automation tools to streamline outreach workflows  
  • Track and manage leads using CRM or internal tracking systems
  • Continuously experiment and optimize messaging strategies

Experience: 
  • MBA Freshers (with relevant exposure) 
  • OR 1–2 years of experience in lead generation / online outreach
     

Required Skills: 

  • Strong written communication skills 
  • Ability to engage in conversational selling 
  • Basic understanding of lead generation and sales funnel 
  • Familiarity with online communities and user behavior

Technical & Tool Requirements: 

  • Working knowledge of AI tools, such as: 
  • ChatGPT 
  • Claude 
  • Other AI tools used for content and outreach 
  • Familiarity with sales and automation tools, such as: 
  • io (or similar lead generation tools) 
  • LinkedIn automation tools 
  • Basic workflow automation tools (Zapier, Make, etc.) 
  • Ability to use AI + tools to improve productivity and outreach quality
