Gregory Holzel is an accomplished accountant and Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with expertise in financial analysis, auditing, and budgeting.

Education: Gregory holds an MBA with a concentration in Finance, graduating magna cum laude from Shippensburg University in May 2023. During his studies, he achieved a remarkable GPA of 3.82. Prior to his MBA, he completed a Bachelor's degree in Accounting at Central Penn College in Summerdale, PA, graduating magna cum laude in 2021. Gregory also served as a tutor during his undergraduate studies.

Experience: Gregory has gained valuable experience in the accounting field through various roles. As a Senior Auditor at S.R. Snodgrass, P.C. in King of Prussia, PA from 2021 to 2023, he audited financial statements and provided assurance services for financial institutions and employee benefit plans. His responsibilities included preparing audit work papers, documenting audit tests and findings, and preparing reports for management review. In June 2023, Gregory launched GT Financials PLLC, a company that offers accounting and financial services to small businesses.

Before transitioning into the role of a Senior Auditor, Gregory served as a Senior Staff Accountant at Fleet Repair Solutions in Grantville, PA, from 2018 to 2021. In this position, he conducted detailed financial analysis, prepared financial statements, and played a vital role in budget preparation and month-end closing. Gregory was also responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining accounting policies, procedures, and controls.

Jennifer F. Louis, CPA has over 25 years of experience in designing and instructing high-quality training programs in a wide variety of technical and “soft skills” topics needed for professional and organization success. Linh Truong is currently an executive advisor and professional speaker focusing on topics including governance, corporate culture and auditing best practices. Linh was formerly the Chief Audit Executive (CAE) at Orthofix Medical, a global medical device company focused on improving patients' lives by providing superior reconstructive and regenerative orthopedic and spine solutions to physicians worldwide. Linh has 30 years of audit / consulting experience including being the former CAE of Kosmos Energy and Alon USA where she built the respective audit functions from ground zero, including developing all templates for risk assessments, audit programs, audit reports, and Board Audit Committee presentations.

She has implemented first year SOX at three companies and have streamlined SOX compliance efforts, saving millions of dollars. Lynn Fountain has over 39 years of experience spanning public accounting, corporate accounting and consulting. 20 years of her experience has been working in the areas of internal and external auditing and risk management. She is a subject matter expert in multiple fields including internal audit, ethics, fraud evaluations, Sarbanes-Oxley, enterprise risk management, governance, financial management and compliance.  Lynn has held two Chief Audit Executive (CAE) positions for international companies.   In one of her roles as CAE, she assisted in the investigation of a multi-million-dollar fraud scheme perpetrated by a vendor that spanned 7 years and implicated 20 employees.  The fraud was formally investigation by the FBI and resulted in 5 indictments estimating a $13M fraud loss.

Ms. Fountain is currently engaged in her own consulting and training practice.  She has successfully executed on several consulting assignments spanning areas of accounting, risk, ERM and internal audit.  She is a highly sought-after trainer and international speaker and has produced hundreds of courses delivered through seminars, conferences and on-demand training.  She is the author of three separate technical books.
