Puerto Rico CPAs CPE Requirements Highlights:

• 120 hours for Public and Private Practice CPAs.
• 3 hours of ethics. 

Public Practice CPAs:

• Min. 40 hours in Accounting, Auditing, and Tax.
• Min. 28 hours in Accounting and Auditing and 12 hours allocated to Taxes.
